About Me
After 14 years in medical sales and marketing, I made the leap into real estate, which began when my husband and I purchased our first home. (He’s a physician, and we quickly discovered how challenging it could be to find someone who truly understood physician loan programs.)
That experience was an eye-opener for me. Now, I collaborate with lenders who specialize in physician loan programs, ensuring that my clients don’t have to navigate the complexities as we did.
However, I don’t exclusively work with physicians! I also assist first-time home buyers, seasoned sellers, investors, and relocation clients throughout their real estate journey.
With a people-first approach, a sharp eye for detail, and a determined attitude, I strive to make the real estate process feel much less overwhelming and even enjoyable.
Outside of work, I remain actively engaged with the medical community through organizations dedicated to cancer research, mental health advocacy, and community outreach. My husband and I are proud pet parents to six animals (yes, six!). Although our fostering privileges may have been officially revoked, we continue to support local Dallas-area shelters in any way we can.

Jonathan Besas, DO
Dr. Jonathan Besas grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies. He then earned a Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., before pursuing his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Georgia Campus. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Oklahoma State University and subsequently moved to Texas for fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, where he had the honor of serving as Chief Fellow.
After his fellowship, Dr. Besas joined Texas Pulmonary and Critical Care Consultants, where he continues to care for patients in both the clinic and ICU. He also serves as the Medical Director of ECMO and Division Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Besas is passionate about critical care, teamwork, and mentoring the next generation of physicians, much like guiding first-time home buyers through their real estate journey, helping them make informed decisions. He believes that similar to navigating physician loan programs for new doctors, understanding the healthcare landscape is crucial for those entering critical care.
